8.4Verified guest“If you enjoy lively surroundings and everything close by, this hotel is ideal because it has direct entrances to the Sunshine City mall. On the third floor there's the virtual reality theme park Mazaria, Namjatown for kids, Pokémon and Hello Kitty shops, an observatory, planetarium, and aquarium – all impressive. About five minutes away is a street full of arcades, Book Off, an Animate cafe, and the Sega building. The hotel is very clean; rooms are neither small nor big, and the bathroom is compact but has everything you need. Daily housekeeping offers a good selection, and there's a heated bathroom. Breakfast is excellent with lots of variety, and the on-site Family Mart is super convenient. I would stay again because the mall kept the kids entertained – just prepare your wallet.”
8.4Verified guest“The location and the room are excellent, and the airport bus is very convenient.”
8.4Verified guest“The location is really close to the correct metro exit, with easy access to Narita and Haneda airports and multiple areas of Tokyo.”
8.4Verified guest“The location is good – connected to Sunshine mall, which is convenient for food and shopping. The walking streets to the main Ikebukuro station and Seibu mall (about 420m) are crowded. Our triple room was spacious, on the 33rd floor, with a great panoramic view of Tokyo – simply awesome. Room facilities are basic but sufficient. Major tours pick up from the lobby, and the direct airport limousine bus costs 3000 yen. Good staff service – we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.”
